Because allkpop fantastically translated the pun horribly. Essentially killing everything funny and worth their reader’s time.

The first half as translated by allkpop is correct.
Heechul: Indonesia? It’s 4 o’clock in India? [‘It’s 4 o’clock in India’ (indo nesia) is written the same as ‘Indonesia’. ‘Indo’ is “India’, ‘ne’ is 4, ‘sia’ is ‘o’clock’.]

Taeyeon: No, It’s 10 o’clock. [It’s 10 o’clock (yeolsia). 'Yeol' is 10, 'sia' is 'o'clock']
Heechul: You’re not following my rhyme. [As translated by allkpop.]

Taeyeon: Rhyme is lemon lime. [The Korean spelling for ‘rhyme’ and ‘lime’ is the same: 라임]
Heechul: Please is by Lee Sora-ime [As transated by allkpop. Heechul is just trying to continue with the ‘lime’ ‘rhyme’ pun. The ‘ra’ in ‘Sora’ is also spelled with the first letter of the word for ‘rhyme’ and ‘lime’: 라 and he added ‘임’ to her name to basically make it Lee Solime/Sorhyme.
