Rant: Park Shi Hoo scandal

First reaction: LOL WHAT. PARK SHI HOO SEXUALLY ASSAULTED SOMEONE? WOAH.

The Story: Basicly this trainee (age 22) met him through mutual friends and they went out drinking. She passes out, then wakes up and claims she’s been sexually assaulted by him. She filed a law suit and now he’s going to be investigated.

My reaction: This is such a shock to me because I really like Park Shi Hoo as an actor. However even if the story is true I think the girl is partially at fault. Who goes out drinking with a man you barely know and get so drunk that you pass out. That gives the guy the best chance to do whatever he wants. She’s 22, old enough to know what’s dangerous. I don’t believe 100% in it, if it is true I’m going to be disappointed in him though. This is also a good warning, just because the guy is a famous actor doesn’t mean he can be trusted. Also, I’m sure there are LOTS of women willing to sleep with him so idk why he would resort to sexual assault. Just saying.

Eyecandy: Yoo Seung Ho

Bio: Born 1993, Korean actor and model. Debuted in 2000.


Where I fist noticed him: In the drama "Arang and the Magistrate" Yoo Seung Ho played the jade emperor. (Btw that was like one of the best dramas I ever watched) It was actually the first time I saw this actor and I liked his acting a lot, so I googled him. He was one of my favorite characters in the drama and the image of jade emperor really suited him. Yoo Seung Ho is actually a child actor and has been in numerous dramas, movies, and mvs. I didn't know he was so accomplished at the age of 19! I actually expected him to be like 25 or older.

I decided to put him on my eyecandy list because of his great acting abilities. He is not like the best looking korean actor I ever laid my eyes on, but he is handsome :) Then I decided to see what dramas he appeared in. I was really surprised that at age 17, he played a 21 year old man in "Flames of Ambition". I didn't watch it, there was just too many new dramas to keep up with lol. Seo Woo looks a little like HyunA in that picture, the way she is glaring makes me uncomfortable.


Shortly after finishing Arang, it was announced that Yoo Seung Ho will be playing Harry in "I Miss You"! Along with one of my favorite actresses Yoo Eun Hye, I was like this is just going to be great. However "I Miss You' turned out to be a melodrama, and I can't watch those. I'll just end up depressed and crying over all the characters and become a mess. I think I might watch it because I'm hearing how great it is, but my heart needs to prepare for awhile first.


Besides those 3 dramas, he was also in "God of Study", "Operation Proposal" and played some minor characters in other dramas. Oh, he was also in T-ara's "Lies" mv and kissed one of them, I forgot her name though ^^;

Also I'm hearing he is going to enlist in the military soon! D: Aww we won't be seeing him for awhile but I will definitely support him after he comes back.

Eyecandy: Jung Il Woo

Bio: Age 25, Korean actor, singer, and model. He is 6' 0".

Where I first noticed him: He was the scheduler in 49 days, and the first episode I saw him I was a fangirl. He was riding on his motorcycle and when he took off the helmet and I was just like *o* Sadly I never finished the drama because I was too lazy to wait for the subs lol. I basicly read the summaries instead of watching but that's where I first discovered this hottie :)
Apparently Jung II Woo is also a model, and with his height and good looks that was not surprising.

Look at that...staring off into distance while looking super stylish.
Anyways, with 49 Days fading away so did Jung Il Woo. I wasn't reminded of him until Flower Boy Ramyun Shop started airing. I was actually excited to watch because I know there was going to be all these eyecandies my eyes can feast on aharhahrahr =w=.

There he is.....all cute and adorable. I love how this is a different image from the scheduler and I was fangirling over him even more. But sadly I didn't finish the drama again, the storyline wasn't working for me so I decided to watch something else. Sorry Jung Il Woo, even you couldn't keep me watching.

His acting career started again in Moon Embracing the Sun! This time, I didn't quit the drama, I never started it xD I heard LOADS of great things about it so I know I won't be disappointed. I will watch it some day, but not now because I'm not in the mood for a historical drama. Also, Random will be reviewing the drama in one of her posts, so you can go read that if you like.
I'm really glad he is able to pull off all these different roles and I look forward to seeing him in more dramas.
